Please help me, I'm dying.

And u are killing me.

1.Enclosed is my last income check, also my last year income, they all showing the same thing, that I was only making $608 each month over the last 2 years, because I'm still of in the process of Disable case.

My rent cost me $450 each month, which made my checking account is always $100 short, THERE is NO WAY I CAN able PAY YOUR $463 dollars car REGISTRATION  fees.

HOW COULD U charge a disable people  with $463 dollars registration fees!

AND TO TOP IT ALL, I HAD JUST GOT FIRED YESTERDAY! Even it's only a part time lowest income job!

2. What happened to 2008 that TCA TOLL could charge me these VIolation of code 30010 into charge fees upto $463??

Enclosed is the hospital records about that March 9-2008,  I was attacked by Disorientation. The city of Pasadena Paramedics,  sent me to Arcadia, Methodist Hospital on ALS Emergency.

I was hospitalized 5 days during 3/9/2008 to 3/13/2008. According to the records, I was CONFUSED,, kept repeating 'I can not find my car', then next minute I would ask 'Where am I'. Whatever people told me, I didn't hear it. My eyes had no response to the flash light, no feeling when they punctured my finger for blood test.

I was living in fear of this DISORIENTATION may attack me anytime again ever since, now since I got fired from that $608 monthly  job, all the disorientated and sickness feeling are all come back. They sent me to the debt collectors because I couldn't pay for the $22,000 Hospital fees, so, this time if I get Disorientated again, no Hospital will take me, I shall be fed into Insane asylum ?!

Do me a favor, when u answer my letter and I never get back to u, PLEASE send people to search insane asylum.

I had another surgery around October from LA-USC Hospital, it took 6 weeks for recovery. Of course I wouldn't be driving those months, if U think those Hospital records are important, I will try to find it.

3.Who is this TCA TOLL?! WHO are U?! U dare to charge people $97+$95+$97+$67...? over $356 in one day 10/19/08? Which was  1 year ago? WHO ARE U?! U can charge people after 1 year? This better be LEGAL!!

Since u are DMV, I think this can be legal, what I need to say is that, in fear of Disorientated,  I always pick up my car after the hour, the watchman was gone, the gate was open for us to leave, there were still lots of car parking there, but they only cited me the parking ticket?! There was once I parked my car outside of 24 hours fitness center, after midnight, there were still fitness member inside the center, but I still got a parking ticket saying I parked after hour?! IT IS a 24 hour fitness center!!!!

Anyway, help me please.

I was making $608 for rent is $450 each month, now I'm fired, NO INCOME.

They sent me to debt collector because I couldn't pay for $22,000 Hospital fees since I was Disorientated and hospitalized for 5 days.

Now the situation is worse and worst.

Last year I was attacked by Disorientation without awareness.

Now I know it's going to attack me again. And I know no Hospital shall be take me again.

PLEASE KEEP THIS for your record. And do me a favor, LATER, if u don't hear me and u see this letter again, do me a favor, send help to search insane asylum for me.

 VEHICLE REGISTRATION RENEWAL NOTICE

REGISTRATION  fee $56 + LICENSE FEE $41 + COUNTY/ DISTRICT /FEES $10 = $107.

Dear DMV, enclosed is the check of $107 to renew my vehicle registration, please cash it ASAP! I really need to warn u that I'm only making $308 on each 2 weeks pay, and I need to pay the rent of $450 every month, this amount  is always bounced if u don't cash it ASAP!

I don't want to pay this $356 of so called 'Park/Toll Violations', but I want to know, WHO IS THIS TCA TOLL?! I post this ridicules TCA TOLL on web site http://www.BadServices.com   already, World Wide webs shall be very interested to know the answer now:

1. How could u let this TCA TOLL add these ridicules fees into a citizen driver's REGISTRATION FEE? How can u think it make sense?! 1 year ago 10/19/08, TCA could use a same code  30010 (What the hell of this 30010?) with 3 different  violation no. to 3 different  fees of $97, $95 and $97???

2. then  THERE IS 1 MORE TICKET ON RECORD IN THE AMOUNT OF $67 additional extra? What the hell is this? All in same day???? I need to sue this TCA TOLL, also I will keep post and file complain to make sure this TCA always stay at top list of the complaint forum website, if website isn't enough, I will cast this to LA times and other media too.

2. WHERE WAS THIS TCA TOLL ever tolled my car? Where did U find me PARKING??? 3 $97+$95+$97, plus 1 MORE TICKET ON RECORD IN THE AMOUNT OF $67 ????

I don't go out much! After job-injured, I have 3 PNS (Permanent and Stationary) pains all over my body since year  1994, I could not drive too far or too long, this TCA better show  a location that I could go within 10 minutes!

March 9-2008,  I had attacked by Disorientation. the security found me wondering in gym's parking lots, murring about 'I can not find my car' and my car was actually 5 steps away from me, no response when they talked to me, I asked 'where am I?' and couldn't understand or remember what people answered me, next minutes I would ask again 'what's this place?', I had no response when they pricked my finger  and took blood out for test. (I don't recall any of that day's memory.)

The city of Pasadena Paramedics,  sent me from 465 N Halstead, to Arcadia, Methodist Hospital on ALS Emergency. I was hospitalized for 5 days, they found my heart rates was lower than 44 beats, the doctor told me that he couldn't decided what cause me disorientated, I told him it's because I have a 13 years old pains, the hospital released me and claimed that my pains are incurable. I couldn't get any more treatment because those genius doctors decideed it's incurable.

5-19-2008, State of California- Health and Human Services agency. Department of Social Services, ordered that Los Angeles County shall rescind the action to deny my Medi-Cal benefit. They also ordered that Los Angeles shall refer my March 9,2007 Medi-Cal application to the DDSD for a determination of disability of the alleged new or different medical impairments.

Los Angeles County did not grant my Medi-Cal, they referred  it to DDSD. again. (Last year they did so,  DDSD denied it. already)

6/5/08, they found blood in my stool, so I was arranged to take a colonoscopy at LAC+USC center.

6/17/08, Roybal Comprehensive Health center found the tubular adenoma and colonic polyp in my colonoscopy, after the exam, they decided it's not any cancer. It's supposed to be good news, but I'm still here with the same problems (that I still have blood in dung, that my groins still pinching in pains), and  worse.   I'm living in fear of that the next disorientation is striking soon..

Dr.Naing has also refer me to see a specialist to treat my hemorrhoid.
